Named after the first hole Eagle’s Perch, the Eagle’s Nest Cottage is located on the opening fairway of the Forest Dunes course. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home was built in 2016 and features eight queen beds. There is an additional owner’s suite option that could be opened up for two more queen beds and a bathroom.

The open kitchen, dining, and living area layout give you more than enough room for the whole group to gather and the card room has a great view of the course and sunsets behind the clubhouse.

The home includes the use of a gas grill and wireless internet.

It features the same layout as Wolf’s Den, which is right next door, and Outlook Point, which is 250 yards down the street. Another close cottage is the Dunes.

Eagle’s Nest is just a driver and a chip shot from the clubhouse as well.
