By placing a Cottage Stocker order, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I certify that at least one guest staying in the cottage is 21 years of age or older and will present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in before any alcoholic beverages are released.

I understand that all food and beverage items provided through the Cottage Stocking Program are intended for consumption at my designated cottage area and are not intended to be brought onto the golf courses, clubhouse, or restaurants.

I accept full responsibility for the possession, service, and consumption of all alcoholic beverages included in this order. Forest Dunes Resort is not responsible for the misuse of alcohol or for ensuring alcohol is consumed only by guests of legal drinking age after delivery.

I understand that alcoholic beverages may not be provided if a guest of legal drinking age is not present with valid identification at check-in.

I understand that all Cottage Stocking orders are prepared specifically for my reservation. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any unused food or beverage items.

I understand that any food or beverage items remaining in the cottage after checkout will be disposed of by Forest Dunes Resort. The resort is unable to store, ship, or provide refunds or credits for any leftover products.
